This is more of a personal preference. We have clients who make appointments for the following year during the current tax season. Others may wait until they receive all of their tax documents. Some may even wait until late March or early April. Please be advised that we can get very busy later in the tax season and you may need to be a little flexible in appointment times. Generally speaking, the earlier that you make an appointment, the more likely you will get your preferred date and time.

Absolutely. We are 100% virtual and online! We utilize a secure document portal for document exchange so you can do everything from the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be. We utilitze Zoom for video conferencing and HelloSign for all document signings. We want to make the process as painless as possible for our clients.
We review prior year tax returns for all our new clients. Many people will get a refund when re-filing prior year returns, signifying that most people overpay on their taxes. There is no fee for this service unless you are due a refund and wish to re-file. If you do choose to file an amended return, our fee is generally less than $200 for that service, even if we can get you back thousands of dollars!
Fees or services vary depending upon considerations such as: the nature of the service performed, time involved and complexity of the service. This may include, but is not limited to, the number of forms necessary for filing a return. Overall, we are extremely price competitive, even compared to unlicensed tax preparers.
